Suzanne DiFalco is the Client Service Manager at Genesis. Her responsibilities include account opening and contracting as well as maintenance and cashiering. She is the primary point of contact for most of our client requests. Suzanne has been with Genesis since 2006 and is a graduate of Bridgewater State University.
