Paul Duval has served as president of Genesis Wealth Advisors, LLC since 2011 and its predecessor firm, Genesis Capital Advisors, Inc., since 1993. In this role, Paul is responsible for leading the firm’s growth and managing several client relationships. He uses his broad knowledge of investments and wealth management issues to create customized strategies for individual and institutional clients. Paul also oversees the firm’s affiliated advisors and serves as the firm’s chief compliance officer.

Paul earned a BA in Chemistry from Holy Cross College and earned his MBA at Babson College. He also earned his Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designations from The American College. Paul is a member of the Financial Planning Association and the Greater Boston Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals. He prides himself on having fulfilled the Society’s continuing education requirements since 1992.

When he’s away from the office, Paul enjoys outdoor activities, including hiking, fishing, and kayaking. He has served on the boards of several charitable foundations and is especially interested in those that provide scholarships for deserving students. He and his wife live in Bridgewater, Massachusetts. They are the proud parents of three grown children, as well as Zoe, their chocolate Labrador Retriever.
